Registration Details

Registration fees include entrance to the Summit – including the Pōwhiri on Wednesday 15 May, and the Cocktail Party and Awards on Thursday 16 May.

Additional guest tickets can be purchased to the Cocktail and Awards Party.

This Summit is a funders' only event.

No Solicitation Policy

Philanthropy Summit 2019 is an opportunity for people working in the philanthropic sector to share their knowledge and experience, and to learn about best practice in a collegial environment. It is therefore not appropriate for attendees to solicit funding support.

We ask that all attendees respect this “no solicitation” policy to ensure that everyone gets maximum benefit and enjoyment from the Summit.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before 31 December 2018 will be refunded the registration fee minus a $50 administration fee.

Cancellations received during the period of 1 – 31 January 2019 inclusive, will receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee.

Cancellations received during the period of 1 - 28 February 2019 inclusive, will receive a refund of 50% of your registration fee.

Cancellations received during the period of 1 - 31 March 2019 inclusive, will receive a refund of 25% of your registration fee.

If you cancel on or after Monday 1 April 2019 we regret that we will be unable to refund your fee, however you will still be able to receive Summit materials made available to delegates online.
